Chaos Event :(
In the Battlefield section in the Gates of Chaos tab it is stated:
Players of level group 4 cannot take part in the event since the update.
Same misleading information also yet remains on the pages Phase 2 - March through the Gates and Invasion of Chaos in the Library.
Of course you're most welcome to let level 4 players take part in the event
