Chaos event stage 2

Players of level 4 must destroy the GunglXO [8] .

Battlefield->Gates Of Chaos

Level groups:5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12.

So from what level can people particpate in chaos gates? Site says from 4 and in battlefield -> it says level groups start from 5-6 if i que up it says that i didnt reach the needed level.
