Can't acces my professions menu

Hi, when i click on professions menu i get a blank frame with this message:
На сервере ведутся профилактические работы. Попробуйте зайти через некоторое время.

Restarted computer, restarted client, nothing works.
Can you solve this issue please?

delete obsolete files and clear IE cache

sorry for posting again, under mozilla works proper, only client doesn't work, so i guess i have to reinstall client :(

I've got the same problem as this with the client - hunt screen does not load either :(
