Take to Baird and Decipher Mysterious Plate.
Dismantled device

40.7 - 42.8
43.9 - 45.7
47.2 - 45.4
44.6 - 46.1
Talk to Globius and Pandrik
Go Collect Gargoyle Wing
Go Collect 10 Kroff Axes or Eldive Swords. (10 of a single type, not mixed)
Go collect Giant Female Ashen Spider Cocoon
Go to the Islands.
