Magmar Spie quest Bugged

Well i did my magmar spie quest 1 month ago, well today i go their again to see, well 1 month ago, i did it, won a bag open it won a scroll use it won a paper then nothing more appear for me to do, i speak with a mentor about this he try to get a solution and he also speak with more mentors and he told me this might be a bug.

Plz fix it thanks :)

This is not a bug. Other than in most quests you don't get your reward at the end of the quest, you get it already when you open the bag (which contains much more then the scroll). However you have to use the scroll and return the spy letter in order to be able to repeat the quest after one month and get the reward again etc.
