why can lvl 3 and 4 do this and lvl 7+ can not

why dose the game let lvl 3-4 with Curse of Poverty go to cc temple and arnea but will not let lvl 7+ with Curse of Poverty do Tallars this is quite not fair if they can do battlefeilds so should higher lvl's

I know last time I had curse of poverty, it wouldnt let me que for battlefields... maybe they qued before curse took effect?

With a curse of poverty it is not possible to enter battlefields.
