13th Friday quest reward

We killed Janson the Human,we all three were in the same group but only one received the mask.Is this a bug or something?What happened?

There is no opportunity to finish the quest.
In the instance a new hit an impasse with no exit. Jumped into the city. Again, get there I can not. Shiko is silent

Not all group member did necessarily get the mask.
