Temple 2.0. Missing Valor

The participants of the instance received only valor from fights, but not the valor rewards for victory/defeat/spheres.
The winners were supposed to receive 1400 additional valor each and the defeated 210 valor each correspondently, according to temple BF rules.
Also, I manufactured all 5 spheres handed by magmars, that's 5x140 = 700 valor; and the five spheres I made did not count to my spheres feat...
Cross, can it be fixed? Can we have our valor and spheres we made while we gloriously defeated the prime russian server dwellers and returned with glory?
I lack 2100 of valor (5 spheres+victory), Zagan and GanSteR- 1400 each for victory and the russian folks 210 each for defeat and I am not sure which one of them made 4 spheres (but I suspect it was yudgin).
