Dear Valur,
You should have more patience. Underwater is not a place as much as it is a state of being that you are not ready for yet. Spend more time in the prairies and green forests where there is wind and light.
Forming grammatically correct sentences is for the normal individual the prerequisite for any submission to social laws. No one is suppose to be ignorant of grammaticality; those who are belong in special institutions. The unity of language is fundamentally political.

I think you must be min. lvl6, complete many quests, have underwater armor, ...

Hi,

Yes you have to be level 6 to reach the Underwater world and it is a quest. :) Dont worry you will get there soon enough.
