isle of swirling mists

hello i've recently returned from a long break from the game. I'm trying to open the swirling mist lands but can't seem to find the quest to start it, can someone list them and where to find the npc to start the progression please

there are 4 qsts to do to get the amulet for islands of swirling mist and it starts with "tavern menu masterpiece" ... u have the rest in that forum post i gave you
