Vanished into Thin Air - Memory of Things

Bug or not on this quest?
I conclude the first part and got 5k exp, than when I started the second part.....

at every step of the quest I'm getting 5k exp !!!!!!!!!!!!

whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat????????

is this normal? :beaten: what happens if i refuse the quest now?
