Sacral Knowledge Questline?

Is there a questline to unlock sacral knowledge? Library says I need to complete Invisible Hazard or Hidden Threat, but I don't have those anywhere in my quests (completed or current) and no NPC's offer them.

its a longer questline from either kroffdors or eldives (depending which of them you want to complete I think?)

But you have to do all the quests that they give you in a row until you unlock the quest for archives, I think for eldive it started with the invisible danger quest

Theory of Deception
Mark of Death
Enchanted Archive
Access to the Eldive Repository Archive

was the questline for me, hope that helps somehow
