Question about resource fair/ bank shop fair (whichever way you call it)

How come this promotion in bank shop has every kind of resource needed for almost all reps accross all levels - but has no lux/flamian and centrido/incarnum being sold?

was just wondering, if anyone has an answer

cause you get a good amount of those in the lvl 11 smuggle bags,

i mean makes sense, how both the bank shop deal and this diamond deal at same day, :snowball:


did they ever sell centrio/incarnum / Luxite flamiane
