Does it matter, if you can't use them whenever you want? If someone called you a fool, you don't like it but can't do nothing because according to so-called game rules it's not a provocation, and you can't use them on battlefields too. You can use them only if you have an order, but person giving you an order must have a reason for the order according to the same so-called game rules.

And now when exe magic can be bought for diamonds only, execution price will probably go up, and if that happens then who will ever order anyone? Only high level mages will, they get 1g+ per monster, and paypallers probably, but wait, they all must have a "reason"!

Why now after 11 years of the game has admin changed it so you can no longer buy executioner scrolls unless you use diamonds.
The game is allready so much in favour of paypallers now one of the basic trades in the game taken away from normal players.
Because of this the executioner skill will become the reign of paypal and locksmith and healer for lesser minions that the game dont care about.
