Unable to search Plateau cache

For two days in a row I'm completely unable to search the cache on Plateau, when I click on it nothing happens at all, not even the usual message "try your luck again tomorrow" appears in chat nor do I get any battle pass points.
I tried it on a different account and it works just fine there.

Hi,

Complete the Edera's Banishment quest and it will work. Also there are different alternatives for Battle pass. You can try them.

- Haunted Place
- Ship Graveyard
- Mystras
