Dear Mr Threepwood: I'm in jail because 1 month ago I shared a connection (few min, I am sure of that) with a PG which is now accused to join with 2 accounts in the same fight. Despite my attempt to explain I'm using (sometimes) open connections, I'm still in jail.

I have created a ticket to the support, but not luck at all, I have tried to contact you in game, but again no luck. now it's the fourth day I'm in jail, without having broken any rule, can you help me in any way please?

I'm using a corporate network during working day, so I am not allowed to contact my.com and then the support site right now
