basically ask would the other location tell me i am currently in lie city or truth village

if they say they would tell you you were in lie city then you are in truth village and vice versa

there would be a lie either way when asking what the other location would tell you

Or you can first ask where you are and then ask is 2+2=4.
If you're in lie city you'll be told you're in truth city but u can catch the lie when they say 2+2 is not 4
If you're in truth city you'll be told you're in truth city and you can confirm when they say yes 2+2=4

Sorry I edited my post for ease of understanding as the guy who asked the question said it was difficult to understand for him that way
