can magmars and humans have truce at plat for a wedding? just for a few minutes

i am wondering if mags and human can stop attacking each other at plat if there will be a wedding taking place on plat? will it be possible? or if there will be someone to marry the couple? just want to hear mags and humans side

Of Course after the ceremony is over, we will have to murder the husband and take the wife back to camp for our pleasure... I assume these terms are acceptable?
