strange mechanism quest..

I have had stavros the blacksmith make me the cogwheel and cant get ostap to make the belt i need. i have talked to a couple mentors and they said i should talk to yall.. may be a glitch in quest update..i have the leather in my backpack .. can you help..?? thank you for your time.. fargo

the quest requires leather and bubbly metal, do you have both?

he has the cog wheel which is what the bubbly metal is for

i have bubbly and rag leather both in back pack.. but the cogwheel is where one of my bubbly metal went.. now i need to find where to get the belt made with rag leather..??
