Maritsa won't give me my ball

Been waiting for nearly 2hrs for Maritsa to finish crafting this ball, was wondering if it's a bug or part of quest:neznau:

Well she gave it to that dummy and now it is telling me (a Magmar) to go give it to Baguron??? I really hope thats a typo...
