Derelict House Guide

How to get started:
You can get the key for the Derelict House by completing the quest on level 3 for Shiko the Paladin @ Royal Tomb or Tomb of Kings.
The Derelict House is @ Village of Kingala or Village Angriyar, and consists of five bosses, all of have 2 strong boxes located in their room. After defeating each boss you may be dropped the appropriate rune (key) to open 1 of the boxes.

Drop from Bosses
Phantom Corpse: Small B'yal Rune (up to lvl5)
Revrat: Small Gar Rune (up to lvl6)
Galmakhar: Small Ing Rune (up to lvl7)
Zermerkh: Small Chud Rune (up to lvl8)
Lingraonts Small Teyas Rune (up to lvl9)

Of the 2 boxes, 1 will be Silent chamber, and contain Green Armor @ 1/3 durability, the other will be a Singing chamber and contain either 1, 2, 4, 8 or 16 Pieces of Chess. There are also some stashes, which may or may not contain loot such as Elixirs, Bubbly Metal, Ragtikron Leather, Efril, Rare Scrolls of Healing - or may contain curses or worthless items.
To Enter

You need to form a party to enter the Derelict House of between 3 and 5 people. Not all the party actually needs to enter the House. You can re-enter as many times as you wish within a 12 hour period. After that, you can't get a new instance for 48 hours after creating the instance before (i.e. when you entered the House). Use /instinfo to check current time in an instance, or the time remaining till the instance is available again.

Each door, with a few exceptions, in the Derelict House is guarded by door guards. This means that when you attempt to move into another room, you will get attacked by a group of nine monsters, three of each kind. The door guards in the first few rooms are skeleton wraiths, at L3. You can also get jumped during the transfer times at any place except the very first room, in the first rooms by skeletons, then vampires of differing levels later on. These mobs can also join the door guard fights, and do so, regularly.

Once killed, the door guards do not respawn. But if you go back through a room, you might still get jumped by the remaining mobs within the room.

Its all depend on with how many players your doing the boss/door guards/ wanderers.

If you're alone or up to three you need more summons that a group of 5.

Just remember:

Revrat: don't use poison or your poison mount, he increase his Fury attack with each hit. I use two iguarons and luan mount in group and three iguarons when alone

Galmakhar: Don't use low summons. Each kill on your side heals galmakhar for 10% of his life. Use Iguraons or higher with this one.

Zermerkh: he can hit you with a DOT attack: use your lvl4 combo to remove it

Lingraonts: he will use three healing scroll, remove it with purification scroll.

Further I recommend if the highest lvl is:

Lvl4:
Poison Berona Tiger
Tigers summons
Severe Elixir of Life/ Healing Scrolls
Poison Scrolls (not against Revrat)
Resurrection Amulet
Bosses: 2

Lvl5
Luan Tiger
Iguraon summons or Higher
Severe Elixir of Life / Healing Scrolls

Resurrection Amulet
Scroll of purification (Ling)
Bosses 3 - 5

Lvl 6
Endagar: he has a strong DOT attack that easily wipe out all door guards and bosses.
None
Severe Elixir of Life/ Healing Scrolls

Scroll of purification (Ling)
Bosses: 5

You're a funny little man, I was killing revrat alone without any summons on 5 and you manage to spend 2 iguraons and a luan when you have a group.
