Joke quest from Cardsharp

My problem: Cardsharp dont have that quest for me.
Same Problem for me too .
Poker NPC doesnt offer any quest for jester pranks

Same Problem here also. And Globius does not give me spray either (i have 100 glasses in back). My guess is that it might be because last year we did these quests but back then there were no achievements so we have these achievements at "Not earned" , but we cant get quests now either, cause we did them last year. I hope for a fix.
Same problem here quest does not get offered and I show "No harm in joking" being completed from this same event last year on page 2 of my completed quests.
drops are not "Random" they are "Extinct"
I just saw that the quest :
No Harm in Joking
An inveterate gambler asks you to help play a trick on several residents of Faeo, to pay them back with a joke for previous wrongs.
Is under my completed ones , when it should have been in the recurring ones .
i have a bottle of hope that keeps my heart sedated..

Cardsharp and Globius dosn't have "Joke Week" quests...
i show, a wet affair, and no harm in joking in completed quests as well, but no quest for wearing a merry hat ever. So same problem
