Yes, and you can get from Arsenal and bronze or metal caskets too. Oh and blue helm from the SHINKO's quest.

If you mean drop from mobs, then you are mistaken - they don't drop blue pieces anymore.
thank you.. i also just notice that..
They fixed it ages ago, though you might get some chess in egss from mobs. The number of chess obtained is random, sometimes mob can drop 1 piece and sometimes full set.
