Please tell me if there is any way to implement the SMS access code for Croatia for the Payment via SMS (using AlloPass) payment system?

For all questions concerning payment, please contact payment@warofdragons.com.
As we are using the services of a third-party to offer payment services any changes to the system will have to be part of our cooperation with that company. Therefore all we can do is inform our payment department about your request. They will take it from there.
