A Guide to Using the New Exchange Feature in Auction

No longer do we have to hopelessly place items in AH for sale hoping that they will sell
No longer do we have to sift through pages of items hoping to find items needed at a price
we can afford
No longer do we have to search through players asking for items for sale or buy
Now with the Exhange Auction buying and selling goods is a set it and leave it feature that makes
the task of collecting needed items hassle free

For players wishing to sell their goods..
To get started simply go to the Exhange tab in auction you can either enter the name of a specific item
or leave it blank to see all the available requests for items. If you leave the Suitable box checked
then you will only see items for exchange that you have in your backpack. Unclicking this
will allow you to view all. To sell your goods simply locate the item you wish to sell and click
sell a new window will open asking you how many of the item you wish to sell, telling you how much
money you will recieve once number of items is entered.


Now for Purchasers...
To get started Click on the New Application tab, again either enter in the item desired or use the class
drop down to see a list of all items in that catagory to choose from.
Once item is located you can click on the item to add it
Then Set the price you wish to pay per Unit for example, I want to buy Milfoil at 70 copper per plant
Now enter the Number of Units you wish to buy.
The total will show how much you will be charged + a 1silver fee for placing order.
Simply click Put up and your Request will be placed in exchange for 24hrs
You can view your current exchanges in the My applications section
Max number of exhange requests allowed at one time is 3
(please Note money is deducted from your wallet once you Click Put up)


Also note that at any time you cna cancel your exchange request and money will be returned to your
post except for the tax



Now here is another nifty feature..
players have the option to sell all or any number of units they wish, so while your exhange is up
multiple players can contribute to the total. Once the 24hr period has ended Or once the Total number of units
requested is Met you will recieve your items via Post.


How simple is that!
