Game bug for Auction Exchange section

*** You have been sold Closed Precious Trunk, 10 pcs., on the exchange.***

3x times got 1 pcs of Precious Trunk not 10 pcs than loses 27 pcs

*** You have been sold Metal Casket, 10 pcs., on the exchange.***

4x times got 1 pcs of Metal Casket not 10 pcs than loses 36 pcs

*** You have cancelled a request for the item Metal Casket, 10 pcs, on the exchange. ***

Got 1 pcs when cancel 2 from 10 request. Loses 1 pcs of Metal Casket.

Total losing 27 pcs Trunk + 37 Metal Casket.

Please restore it for me. Thanks.

When buying items at the Christmas Fair.
I bought 2: Scroll of Lavish Meal Magic (100 uses after equipped to armour)
I equipped them to 2 pieces of armour;
1. Artful Slayer of Giants Helmet
2. Armour Refelction

After pressing once on the Armour of Reflection to eat a Lavish Meal (To have 99 left) It completely disapeared!
So I looked at my helmet, and that says it has 1 use it!

Please return my Armour to have 100 uses on the Artful Helmet, and 99 on the Armour of Reflection.

Quest Bug report

guest name : Great Deeds for Flaundins

quest stage : Current goal: Search the abandoned cabin in the Sunken Ship and find Tasfero Body and Tasfero Pin or information about them.

in this stage we need to enter instance and need to gather information from first dead end / slide cabin. for entering this cabin we need to kill all mobs on that section. even we kill all mobs and get system msg on chat

1:07 AM You have destroyed all the Skeleton Sailors blocking your way to the Abandoned Cabin! Now you can enter this space.

we r not able to enter cabin. when we click cabın door system screen appears and

You cannot get to the abandoned cabin until all the Skeleton Sailors are destroyed.

there isnt any mob to kill. reseting pc, dısband groub re enter ınstance. just not workıng.
