Hunt mode lagging? O_o

Hello, can anybody explain me why everytime that i recharge the Hunt mode, the same stones/monsters are always in a different position from before?

and, apart that mobs moves, also the ones that are already in fight change places....

Not Sure but it has been like this almost 7 years for...
