For all who do not know the game yet some simple rules:

It's Pallid Pearl. This item can be received from hunting on 15lvl monsters on the Isles of Swirling Mist. Also this item useful for getting extra triads from hunting on monsters on Meridian Lands(16+ locations).

This item is called a Pallid Pearl.

It can be received while hunting level 15 monsters of the Islands of Swirling mist (such as Prickly Habu or Tentacler).

The function of this item is to let the owner of it to have a probablity of getting extra 1 triad per pearl he/she has while hunting in Meridian Lands(Level 16 and up).
It's better to be silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. What's even better is to weaponize your words to destroy anyone who dares challenge you.
