The idea of turskish server is only in the stage of contemplation. It may or may not happen.
There are no plans to merge PL, COM, DE into one. There are no plans to open other servers either.
Both turkish players and non-turkish players stated that they would like to have the ability to choose the language of the game in their user settings. We are working on making this feature a reality.
For now, everything stays as it is. Turkish players are staying on COM.
