Contest: Mascot for the lottery!

Dear players,
As many of you may know, last month we have introduced a new monthly event. You can read more information about it here: Big Fat Monthly Lottery. But we have now decided that such an event needs its own unique and personal organizer! So we have decided to ask the creative minds of our community for help and organize a contest.
The contest will consist of three stages:
The first stage of the contest will be individual, while the second and third will allow both individual participation and participation as clan.

- Draw an image to represent the organizer.
- Propose a name for the organizer.
- Create a story for the organizer.
The first stage of the contest will be individual, while the second and third will allow both individual participation and participation as clan.
The dates of the stages:
- The drawing submission will be open between 30.08.2017 and 20.09.2017.
- The name submission will be open between 20.09.2017 and 27.09.2017.
- The story submission will be open between 27.09.2017 and 23.10.2017.
Terms and conditions
Drawing:
- This is a contest for individual players. Should you decide to team up with another player for the creation of the picture for one reason or another, this should be mentioned when you submit the image. Should this piece occupy a winning position, the reward will be issued to the player that submitted the drawing. Administration will not take responsibility for how the players will share their reward afterwards.
- The character must be either a Human or a Magmar. It can not be an animal nor a half-human, half-animal.
- The drawing can not contain any explicit sexual material or rude, shocking content.
- The drawing must comply with the game and forum/chat rules, which can be found here: Game Rules and Forum Rules.
- The drawing should be unique within the project "Legend: Legacy of the Dragons" and must be of your own property. Copyrighted material may not be submitted.
- The drawing can be made both digitally and traditionally, but it should be presented in good quality and resolution.
- The character can be presented both full-body, waist or shoulder length. The character's face must be present in the drawing.
- Real world national symbolism may not be contained on the drawing.
- Religious symbols may not be contained on the drawing.
- The character should be designed so that it looks and feels like they belong within the fantasy universe of "Legend: Legacy of the Dragons". You may not use references to common everyday motives/objects like mobile phones, modern guns, modern vehicles; signs of currencies, pacifism, radioactivity; references to real-world sport teams, among other references that fit poorly within the genre.
- Fascist, nationalistic, racist and any other political symbolism may not be used.
- Imagery related to narcotics, drugs, slavery and other illegal activity may not be used.
- The name must comply with the general rules of the game and gaming legislation in general.
- The name must be unique within the project "Legend: Legacy of the Dragons", it can not impersonate or parody the name of any existing character/NPC.
- The name can not contain references to real-world countries, territories, settlements and other geographical objects, as well as real-world nationalities.
- The name can not contain references to any religious symbols.
- The name can not reflect, glorify or emulate any real-world group or organization, terrorist society, criminal elements, discriminating organizations or their leaders and figureheads. This includes the use of names of real-world military, political or religious groups.
- The name can not be obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, offensive, hurtful, harmful, promote drugs, profane and ethnically, racially or sexually offensive or impart any real-world hostility toward a specific nationality, race or religion or contain any other violations of the current rules of "Legend: Legacy of Dragons".
- The story can not contain any names, veiled expressions, abbreviations, figures and numerical values citing slogans, appeals, inscriptions that are in any way related to national socialism, Nazism, fascism, racism, extremism, terrorism.
- The story can not be offensive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, hurtful, harmful, promote drugs, profane and ethnically, racially or sexually offensive or impart any real-world hostility toward a specific nationality, race or religion, as well as any direct or indirect insults of "Legend: Legacy of Dragons" players and clans.
- The story must comply with all the current rules of "Legend: Legacy of Dragons".
- The story should belong within the fantasy universe of "Legend: Legacy of the Dragons". You may not use references to common everyday motives/objects like mobile phones, modern guns, modern vehicles; signs of currencies, pacifism, radioactivity; references to real-world sport teams, among other references that fit poorly within the genre.
- The story should mention why the character decided to start organizing the lotteries.

The bigger the better, since we would like it to be good quality. 1000 x 900 pixels should be good. Can be bigger or smaller, but should keep those proportions. Try not to make it too small, so it doesn't lose quality, should there be a need to re-size it.Is there any particular size for the drawing or we can choose any size we want?
