Information about penalty
I think we should have the list of penalties in the dungeons space. For both side
1- To know when we have complain what penalty was applied
2- To know what penalties are applied whan you try to cheat
3- To show the big job of Guard and the hard investigation they do.
4- To show that nobody is untouchable
