Rules, Punishment and Fines Clarification
Dear players,
To avoid misunderstanding and discussions about fines and punishments that are imposed in our game, we will explain some violations and their punishment in more detail. This post can be updated from time to time in case needed and serves as clarification of existing game rules. (http://warofdragons.com/info/info/index.php?obj=cat&id=90).
Rigging fights
See: Game Rules §4. Fights and Battles
Any instance proven and considered as rigged will be punished with: 50g and a deduction of 500.000 valour.
Discussion: http://warofdragons.com/forum/index.php?…&threadID=29540
Attacks on Guards/Mentors
Attacks on mentors or guards in relation to their work are strictly prohibited. This not only includes attacks during an active shift, but also any attack later if there is any sign of relation to a previous action in his/her function as mentor/guard.
Fine: from 50g, increased, if further violations follow.
Blackmailing
See Game Rules § 11., 15. and Terms of Use (http://warofdragons.com/info/info/index.php?obj=cat&id=10) article 3.4 and 5.
Blackmailing is the act of threatening a player by continuous attacks / performing the attacks with the purpose of taking player’s game money and/or belongings untill the offenders demand is met.
Blackmailing should not be confused with debt collection. Since there is no more trade contracts, and players are lending their game money/belongings on their own risk they can chose any appropriate game method to return money/items lent. Debts from other servers have no effect on COM server.
Fine: 500g, if continued - endless Curse of Rejection.
Using third party software
Including but not limited to:
Use of third party software that allows one to collect resources
Use of third party software that allows one to perform automated game actions
Use of third party software that allows one to fight monsters
This also includes "only trying out" bots and other external programms.
Punishment: Curse of Rejection
Buying out fee:
up to level 10 - 1000 Diamond
from level 11 - 2000 Diamond
Fines will double when repeated

Dear players,
To clarify recent events regarding rigging Tallaar’s Halls I’d like to state the following:
§4. Fights and Battles (http://warofdragons.com/info/info/index.php?obj=cat&id=90) “4e It is not allowed to enter battlefields and not to take part in the course of the battlefield.”
This point implies applying and confirming instances in Tallaar’s Halls for the only purpose to start them off. Further staying AFK in halls is considered as valour leeching and will be punished accordingly.
2) Players who stayed AFK in the recent incident will be punished with 10 days of Poverty Curse, other players will be released. Those who already bought themselves out of prison will have their fine refunded.

Dear Players,
Today we introduce new punishment - Curse of Rejection
It is a punishment that a player receives for serious game rule violations (i.e. Bot using). Characters with such a curse are 90% less likely to obtain monetary rewards for killing monsters and it prevents the receipt of quest items and other items. Access to the exchange, auction, estate and post office closes. A ban in enforced on trading, obtaining resources, joining groups, participating in clan events (access to the citadel, treasury, bank deposit boxes and clan management functions closes). Contact with NPCs becomes unavailable.
I'd like to remind you that fine for using external programs in game is 500 Diamonds.
Have a good and fair game.

Powerleveling
Dear all.
Game Rules (http://warofdragons.com/info/info/index.php?obj=cat&id=90) §1.a. states that it is not allowed to have several characters registered by the same player with the purpose of improving the wealth of one of these characters.
That means that all unbalanced trades between multies are considered powerleveling even if both players remain active after that.

Red armour in battflefields & Non-breakable items sale!
Attention:
Only red weapons, rings, amulets and bows are allowed in Tallaars, CC, Arena and Temple.
This fact meanwhile is known by all players. Red items for most instances are already blocked from system. Nonetheless, in some instances it might not work as intended. This means if any player is found abusing this bug Guards will have to proceed accordingly and punish for bug abuse.
Please pay attention not to abuse and if you find any player abusing this bug report to Guards including screenshot. Please be also aware that using a skin not necessarily covers red armour.
Exception:
Any red armor is allowed in Abyss, Chaotics, Ancient Plateau and any Great Battle in any location.
In addition: Legendary Red Armor is allowed in any battlefield
Thank you.

1) Ban on attacks against any player both your and opposite race, whose level is below your level by more than 5. This rule is valid only on territories directly belonging to any of the races.
2) Phoribition of doing anything that interferes with the ability of other Legend: Legacy of the Dragons players to enjoy the game or web site in accordance with its rules. This includes, but is not limited to, making inappropriate use of any channels within the game and/or intentionally persecuting/hunting down/excecuting other players for an extended period of time.
More information here: New additions to the rules.

DIAMOND CERTIFICATES!
In the light of recent events, administration of the game has found that players are trying to exploit the diamond certificate rule. Therefore, a further clarification to the diamond certificate rule is provided below:
A diamond certificate can only be exchanged between same individuals ONCE. It is not allowed to give/sell the certificate to a player and then rebuy the same certificate at a much higher price. This includes all sorts of exchange/transfer such as direct trade, auction, third party transcation, ingame mail, exchange and clan bank.
The repetitive use of the SAME certificate, by SAME players, for financial gain is prohibited.
However, this does not restrict a player from selling the certificate to another person. Moreover, a player is allowed to sell the certificate that they were gifted by someone.
Attention! Please note the following change to Diamond Certificates:
The sale price of the certificates cannot be lower than the average market price on the day of sale, taking into account the trading rules of 75-125% variation of this price.
This also means that certificates can no longer be gifted to others and all trades will count towards Powerlevelling Thresholds.
..............................................................
Sale of premium services:
The sale of premium services falls under threshold. This means if you sell a premium item you buy for diamonds for gold, the difference betweenn diamond price and gold price is counted to your threshold. (1d=1g)

Non-breakable items sale!
Non-breakable items are not for sale!
Unfortunately due to a bug some non-breakable items are transferable, thus have the option to be sold. So far this bug could not be completely fixed. (non-breakable items such as armor, weapons, jewelry etc - basically all items which can be reinforced with resin to become non-breakable)
We herewith want to inform you that everyone being found of offering, selling or buying non-breakable items will be punished for bugabuse!

Chess armor
As there also seem to be a bug with chess armor we ask all players to contact support or helpdesk in case they possess an armor piece made from chess pieces which is still transferable after having it equipped.
All armor made from open chess pieces should become non-transferable after once equipped. So please report any bugged armor piece to get it fixed.
Thank you very much!
