I didn't get a prize listed! please help

  • When exchanging 20 diamonds in the "Bank" menu of the "Premium" section, you will receive an additional reward (in addition to the main amount of money that you usually get).
  • Additional rewards for the exchange of diamonds are:
  • - a sum of money from 15 to 75;
    - or one of the items listed below: 555515


I didn't get any of these!!!! i got a mere, 1 pack of cards. The only reason I did it was for one of these prizes..... can i please have one of these prizes?????
