Current goal: Talk to Ishshur about Potion of Triple Barrier.

I have 1:1 the same Problem that Ishshur isnt available yet ("A Zarlog clearly lives here and should not be disturbed.")
I finished Reborn Blade quest befor ages but i can't find the follow quest for it.
Found also a Crackerjack hint:

Ok but where is these "Golden Lizard" quest?
Bratwell give me nothing, i'm nearly sure that i need another one befor but which?

i have another problem now - i stay at main location but i can't do anything there (see 1 screen).
I can click only main NPC and the Healer but i can't move forward..

I have a open quest "Missing Assistant" (sreen 2) maybe i must finish that to reach location but text say
"Current goal: While conversing with the residents of the Sands of Rahdaria, find out if anyone has seen Fior."

i cant ask residents of the Sands of Rahdaria because i can't move.
I'm sure thats only a stupid mistake in my mind but im glad about any help

ok - i finished it.
If any else find that Thread in Future and have a similar Problem - You need to finish all available quests from Sarpen befor you can close the Missing Assistant quest.
