Magmar Mentor Applications
Please read all the requirements and instructions fully before submitting your application.
Essential Criteria
- Proficient in either English or German
- 18 years old
- Minimum level 4 game character
- Have a minimum of 180 days (6 months) active game experience on your character
- Download game client
- Download Telegram messenger & Discord
- It is not a requirement but it will be beneficial in your role to have a working knowledge of any of the following languages: Polish, Turkish, Spanish, French, or Italian.
By submitting your application, you comply with all these requirements!
How does the application progress proceed?
- Submit your application below (remember to fill in all the required fields. The template can be found at the end of this topic)
- When the status of your application changes to "in progress", you will be contacted by the Head Mentor (HM) or Assistant Head Mentor (AHM)
- We will determine whether we can go to training in a short conversation about you and your knowledge. At the same time, your character will be checked for breaking the rules of the game.
- The training lasts for minimum 10 hours of mentor shifts with a trainer, during which you perform practice shifts, but also during each of these hours, the trainer conducts a series of training on you to get prepared for the role of a mentor
- After the training, HM or AHM makes a test with you, and then HM will confirm whether we can accept you in the mentors structures!
What is your role as a Mentor?
The answer may be too obvious but your job is to answer players' questions! It doesn't matter if the question is stupid or too simple. Even if your friend is making jokes, always be nice and give the required answer. Remember to follow the most important regulation of our work, the Mentor Code of Conduct. If you feel that you have a lot of knowledge about the game and like helping other players, don't be afraid to take the risk!
