I would like to express my concern regarding the one-week ban I recently received for Arena fights. The issue is that the confirmation times are unpredictable, and I often cannot respond in time, as I cannot be at my PC all day. The rare availability of Arena fights and unclear confirmation times make it difficult to participate without risking a ban.

I kindly request that you review the ban and consider unbanning me, given the circumstances.
