New com repu < OTHERWORLD TECHNOLOGISTS /Piece of Mysterious Key
I wonder what the opinions of players, both active and less active, are, whether the amount of resources for a given rep is not overstated,
Because I have a slight impression that this reputation is a kind of event dump, a well of happiness - gilded boxes, resources, chess, food.
What influenced the given amount ?
The only plus is that there may be a chance for a change + activity on PB, adding boxes for winning - as well as losing, a reward in the form of resources, items for exchange in the store,
Besides, there is a problem with the 5th fragment of the map, reading the comments under News + from friends !/?

1) Not a single person who contacted us with a problem and the 5th treasure, no problems were found. As it was, it was the players' inattention and unwillingness to read the library. We ask players to be attentive and not to distract the administration for no reason.
2) There are cheap sections and no one forbids you to pump up your reputation on these sections. Reputation is not something that every person should easily make in a couple of months, especially since the reputation itself does not require anything more than that you visit the store once a week. Pumping it up is long and cheap or fast and expensive, the choice of each player.

Problems With Otherworld Technologies
Hi Tigerok,
I would like to respond to your statement:
#1
While it really is a great idea to provide a checklist in the Notes (https://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.p…ikul_id=1010435), this list is incomplete! There are 25 keys to collect, yet the list only features 21 keys.
#2
The 11th item on the list is labelled "???". This is not very helpful either. My speculation is that this entry covers to "login for 7 consecutive days" requirement, but that remains to be confirmed.
#3
You already mentioned it, the Fifth Treasure entry incorrectly stated 0 of 1, even if you completed the required task. It seems this was recently corrected -- my list now correctly says "1 of 1".
#4
The same bug however seems to prevail with the entry "Third Location". This location is one of the two Mystras locations. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to this until after the beginning of the key search, so I might be missing something here. But I think I remember clicking in the Sactuary and getting a key - I just don't remember clicking anything in Mystras Town. Currently, I have nothing to click on in either the Sanctuary or Mystras Town. My Third Location entry says "0 of 1" -- is there some prerequirement that I have not met yet for anything to appear to click on in Mystras Town? Or is this a bug similar to the one with the Fifth Treasure?
Right now, i have 21 keys, and I know of three things I still need to do. A complete, bug-free list with all 25 tasks would help tremendously. When will that be inmplemented?
I agree that people should look more into https://warofdragons.com/info/library/in…?obj=cat&id=485 , which gives some very good hints for this quest. But the list there also falls short, because it only covers 20 keys.
Having said that, I want to end on a positive note: I like the quest, although it is a bit expensive and taxing. But it provides a purpose to work on.
PS: Anyone know where to get an (Old) Jar of Good Spirits?
I would like to respond to your statement:
This is not entirely correct. I, and I assume many others, have contacted a mentor, asking when some problems would be corrected:1) Not a single person who contacted us with a problem and the 5th treasure, no problems were found. I want to note that everything you have indicated is not a bug. It is the absence of any desire to try to figure it out. 21 tasks. 3 of them are tracked as a quest. The full list of 25 tasks is in the library. You can guess the remaining 1 by the process of elimination. 99% of people were able to figure it out with ease. But we understand your concern. If these logical tasks are so difficult for you, we will add all 25 tasks to the list so that nothing is required of you at all.
I also ask you to carefully reread the library. There is a list of 25 keys. And it was always there.

Sorry, I stand corrected: In the library list, there are 25 keys indeed -- there is 2 keys in one box and 5 keys in another -- I just counted the boxes, so I should have paid more attention.

it sounds like you think I am lazy and can't think. I am not sure if you want to imply this, but it does not ring very positive in my ears.
I still think it would be a good idea to put 25 entries in the "Notes" list , plus get rid of the "???". Many players I have talked to have been irritated by this, some to the extent that they do not want to engage in this activity they see as flawed.
I don't think adding these 4 missing entries means that "nothing is required [of players] at all". A bit too much drama in that statement for my taste.
If the Notes List is not bugged, as you say, then I need to check all possible locations again. And maybe there is some prereq I have not fulfilled yet, not sure. Thanks for the pointer.

I didn't mean to offend anyone, I apologize if it sounded like that.
If a person is so annoyed by ???, then we allow him not to pump reputation. Because if we add "Log in to the game 7 days in a row" to the task list, it will be very un-lore, if you know what we mean. And we don't see any difficulty in going and opening the library.
We also remind you that adding a list is only to help players. Initially, it was planned that the player would have to look for all the pieces himself. It is also necessary to understand that the game should not have 100% completion on the forum, in the library. This is a game first and foremost. And in it, those who put more effort (or money) into it also become stronger, but we do not sell shards yet)))
So complaining about the fact that you cannot do some quest is wrong. That is why they are quests, so that you need to put in effort. Otherwise, how to divide the players? Then the only option is to donate. But people are not happy with this either. And here is the question. Difficulty? Not an option, players don't want to do anything complicated. Sell? Not an option, that's also very ugly. How then to divide players? On what basis?
Thanks for you answers again. I agree with everything you said. I just want to comment an the last paragraph:
Your next point about donation etc., you lost me there. I am not sure what you are getting at, at least I do not think I raised a question about making quests solvable for people with money but no brains.
Finally, I am also not in favor of cluttering up the Notes list with something like "Log in to the game 7 days in a row" . But in my eyes, nothing would speak against a little "Login" or "Logging in" instead of the "???". But maybe that point is moot, because any player interested in the game will have 7 consecutive logins anyway.
I believe I have never complained about not being able to do a quest. My point was more about the help the "Notes" provide on the progress of the key hunt. You know about the bug with Treasure #5 -- how would I as a user know that Location #3 was not bugged in the same way? I have talked to many players, and many -- incorrectly as it turned out -- thought they had clicked the right thing and did not get credit for it. I think it is totally OK to address this in the forum, and your information that Treasure #5 was the only bug (and fixed in the meantime) in the Notes list. Unlike many players in the game, I very much like quests and relish in doing them.So complaining about the fact that you cannot do some quest is wrong.
