Dear Support Team,

I would like to express my concern regarding the one-week ban I recently received for Arena fights. The issue is that the confirmation times are unpredictable, and I often cannot respond in time, as I cannot be at my PC all day. The rare availability of Arena fights and unclear confirmation times make it difficult to participate without risking a ban.

I kindly request that you review the ban and consider unbanning me, given the circumstances.

ty for time and is it possible we make mark of shame time from say 7days to 2-3? 7 is to harsh and people have stuff in real life sometimes :)
