quest line to fix Mages Tower

The quest states i should fight Male Fire Spider[2] and Female Fire Spider[3] to get mandibles (6 pieces) and webbing (4 pieces).

BUG: The game only yeilds 5 mandibles and when I go to the mill I'm now able to finish the quest. This bug kept me killing those buggers far longer than need be.

You need 6 mandibles you had 6 mandibles and 6 mandibles were removed from you. The quest is correct you probably didn't count correctly.
