Problem with closing my ACC

dear admin,

i write to support 4 days ago. and tell them i wish to delete my Acc.

But the Acc is still online. Why?

Please help me, i wish to delete this Acc and the Acc of my sister (Relaxwoman2).

In Order of our Parents.

I only was on to create this Thread.
