Have you ever been fishing or mining in real life? You don't just sit there, click a button and suddenly there is a fish or a stone in your backpack. When you go fishing, for example, you can sit there for hours until a fish bites and it might well happen that the fish jumps off your fishing rod and back into the water. It's hard work, so don't whine, but take your tool and just be patient.
