lost my consecutive wins ???

I was queued for cc today, but when I got "confirm" I could not go because of time restraints so I timed out my app. when I looked later at my attributes I noticed that the 3 wins that I had for the first feat of valor were gone and I had only 1... why?

I believe it was around 19:30 -19:40, i cant find it in my chat log...
