Letter with order taken

I sent a letter to this player Perrin Aybara with an order taken

08:48 Your letter to player Perrin Aybara [5] has been successfully sent, you paid 7 63

How ever after I sent the letter I did not know he was cursed until after I send that letter to him- is it possible that I can get the item back from him please (311 felinoy).

Can u help please?

u will get it back in 2 days if he doesnt pay i think(witch he wont as he is cursed) :)
