Banned for nothing

Hello, my character "boy" has been banned, warofdragons support team says that i'm using somekinda "bot" but i havent, i even didnt know when such a thing exists! Is there any other way to recover my character without paying? I havent violated any terms & rules. i feel like im being blackmailed, come on why should i use somekinda bot!? i gather my flowers and mostly fight magmars. i think warofdragons.com is short in money and is starting to blackmail some of the players to get some money...
