Battle axe symbol now showing up in backpack

Here is what I found out today:
I have 254 pcs battle axe symbols, which just dont appear in my backpack. But when I go to city fair and try to buy an axe, I can see that I have the currency 90/254. See screenshots attached.

This also happened to my necromancer ring today, it disappeared for a while, then reappeared in my backpack.

Can you please fix this, it is really confusing.

Issue solved. I found them in the upper section of quest items. Sorry for the post, I lost the overview due to way too many items...
