Question about satellite internet

I have 2mb per second satellite internet but game client only shows like a 9kb per second dl time....is there something i need to do special to make client work better or is it just a problem with my internet service?

I'd recommend checking your upload speed. This might be the stopper in the flow.

try using www.speedtest.net to test you speed
