You need to get either zik fireflies ( http://www.warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=634 ) or Baby Atshi ( http://www.warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=485 )
[Ziks from Barrow of Death - need to click on the whole in the bridge]
[Baby Atshi from Bats' Den - need to click on the hanging eggs]
And you need to put it on the altar @George of Gondi (click when in location screen)
You need to do it as long as the spirit says you fulfilled the demand in chat
