Durability is an attribute which decreases physical and magical damage taken from other players. It has no effect on damage received from monsters, summons, mounts, etc. Durability is calculated according to the following formula:

On RU recently helmets were added which give durability. Those helmets can be upgraded, but the durability bonus stays the same regardless of the upgrade level.
