If you need to get support about anything regarding the game, please read this little guide to get help quickly and easily. We will always try to help you as quickly as possible.
The easiest way to get support is via email. Please always make sure that you right from the address which you also use for logging in to your account so that we can verify you are the account owner. Please write to the following email addresses:
ban@warofdragons.com – If you have received a penalty and have question about it. However, you won’t be released just because you contacted us and your first port of call should be the guards forum.
dev@warofdragons.com – For technical problems
payment@warofdragons.com – For any problems regarding your payment of Diamonds and for premium services.
support@warofdragons.com - For all other issues.
General issues in the game can also be reported in this section of the forum. Please note that we cannot discuss individual bans or payment issues in the forum.
We admins are often online in the game and you can contact us via chat. However, we are usually quite busy as our job contains more than idling around in Faeo. So it is quite likely that we won’t be able to answer you. Payment questions can never be answered via chat.
All support requests have to be in understandable English. To make sure we can help you quickly please use the correct quest and item names. For payment issues provide all necessary iformation, e. g. time and date of your payment, amount of your payment, payment method, transaction IDs, phone number (if applicable) country etc.
Last but not least: we do understand that you are angry when something doesn’t work the way it should or you think it should. However, before you contact us, try to calm down. Otherwise you might forget to provide important information and it takes us longer to help you.
