reputation is a (big) part of the ratings that is built up from the badges you have, a gray badge giving 10 rep, green giving 20, blue 50, purple 100 and red badges giving 300 reputation.

within limits of reputation rating certain items are optional to buy (for instance purple pauldrons, belts, backpack runes and mounts)

Reputation is recieved from each badge you achieve and for improving each badges you will recieve a biger reputation bonus. Recognition (Grey) will give 10 rep , Friendship (Green) gives 20, Respect (Blue) Gives 50, Honor (Purple) Gives 100, Worship (Red) Gives 300.

The higher your reputation, the higher the reputation bonus will be. When you have a certain reputation bonus you will be able to purchase from Treasury (within restrictions) such as armour, artifacts & scrolls etc.

Reputation, one for the main goals in the game for both races, reputations allow players adquire unic itens, not also help for mounts, but also itens that give advantage and beneficts in any fight or situation happen in games.

Reputation is a way for people to establish their rank within that group or toward a sect. There are 5 stages of ranks in this game.

Recognition : The first badge you'll receive when you have reached 500 reputation in any group or sect or toward a god/goddess/dragon/something non-human. This badge will give you 10 points toward your reputation rating.

Friendship: The second badge you will be given when you have reached 1000 reputation again in any sect in this game. This badge will give you 20 points.

Respect: The third badge you will be given when you reach 2000 reputation. This badge will give you 50 points toward your reputation rating.

Honor: The 2nd highest rank you will receive when you have reached 3000 reputation in a sect or toward a belief. this level of rank will give you 100 reputation points.

Worship: This level of rank is the highest you can achieve in this game, and it is acquired when offering a great amount of items or doing some big feat for that level of rank. Achieving this will give you 300 reputation rating.

City reputation is different. City reputation is done by doing quests and also village patrol, among other things. City reputation does not give you a badge or a level of rank but there are achievements that you can get when you have reached certain levels of reputation. City reputation gives you access to the summoning of wraiths/basic tiger/zorb mounts and the common bags that players can use throughout their level. There are also other misc. items that city reputation will unlock but the main function of city reputation are the bags, mounts, and summons.

What is reputation/ reputation rating?
Reputation rating is from the amount of badges you have received and based on the rank listed above. Reputation is needed to unlock certain items that sect will provide to you for that level of rank. For example having medal of friendship in Stone Lotus (a sect and medal of friendship = 1000 reputation) will allow a player to buy a toxin for their berona tiger/crion zorb. Usually the higher level of rank which means more reputation, the harder it is to achieve a higher level of rank and at the same time it is more rewarding.

Reputation rating is a combined calculation of all of your current badges. If you hover over your badges you see a monetary value, that is your amount of reputation rating it currently is worth. Having high reputation rating will give you access to some of the best and most limited items that you will not find unless you have very good reputation rating such as purple bows and purple pauldrons. In short, reputation rating is something everyone needs to gather to have access to things that would not be seen in game unless it's from the repository that sells the items related with reputation rating.

Reputation overall is used to judge our devotion to the game and the level of devotion toward the group or a sect. the more reputation that a player has within that group or sect the higher level of reward and the difficulty of getting that reputation will increase. Overall it is a way for us to get stronger in the game by raising reputation.

Reputation is what you gain while you get medals, a way to compare what you achieve at game with other people or the other race. It needs time to get it, and game's knowledge, so you can compeare your different skills on each one rep.
It's needed for buying special things, like bow or pauldrons, or improve your mounts.
